This shaper is very well made with good quality materials. It does a great job of smoothing things out. I would never call any body shaper comfortable, but this one is tolerable. I don't feel like I'm being swallowed by a boa constrictor or anything.I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size larger than I normally wear and that was a good choice.I'd recommend this shaper if you want to look about 10 lbs slimmer, with a smoother silhouette without cracking ribs or suffocating.
