I'm a size 18 at 5ft 3in and ordered the XXL. Fit great. Easy to breath and move, no rolling up on the leg area, and this shaper eliminates the back bulge problems I've had with other shapers. This shaper is very well made with good quality materials. It does a great job of smoothing things out. I would never call any body shaper comfortable, but this one is tolerable. I don't feel like I'm being swallowed by a boa constrictor or anything.I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size larger than I normally wear and that was a good choice.I'd recommend this shaper if you want to look about 10 lbs slimmer, with a smoother silhouette without cracking ribs or suffocating.
