I have had a lot of experiences buying pants that don\'t fit exactly right online but these fit perfectly. I am 5 7 to 5\' 8 (depends on the day I\'m being measured it eems) and roughly 130 pounds, kind of hourglass shaped, and I bought a tall size 8 which gave me just exactly the extra rise from inseam to waist but the legs are not ridiculously long on me, which some tall sizes are. I am on the tall side, 5\'9\'\', and usually wear size 14 pants, and those pants do fit me just right. I was concerned about waist being a bit high, but it is still comfortable to wear and did not feel like I am being strangled. I have to use a belt with the pants, but it is true for most pants I wear since I have smaller waist and most pants gape at the back.
