I sized up, my measurements 39-33-40, I always have a problem with the pants as they run pretty tight with this kind of Elastic. This one was so comfortable on my waist and keeps me warm. I’m 5’6, weigh 128 and I bought a small. It runs big for a small. If you are a “small” medium, I suggest getting a small. I said it was not too flattering bc it’s not really form fitting. Doesn’t show off ones’ figure. The fabric is very comfy. I would not wear it in public. It’s too much like pajamas but that could be bc I bought a tie dye look. I will use it to lounge around.
