Allerdings konnte das Missverständnis sofort durch den sehr freundlichen Kundenservice geklärt werden und als Entschädigung für den Irrtum gab es einen kleinen Rabatt und bei der nächsten Bestellung kamen die Taschen auch wie gewünscht in schwarz an. Bei der Qualität und dem Preis sowie dem top Kundenservice würde ich sofort wieder bestellen!

I continue to get compliments on this great bag! It is big enough to hold everything and not bulky either! I'm a baseball Mom and I love that I can toss a water bottle in my purse comfortably. I am very rough on purses. So getting a 200.00 purse is not for me. I bought this in red and plan to buy more colors! One of the best buys I've made in quite awhile!
