These are very nice pants. When I first got them, I thought they were black. They are a very dark brown that will look black in dim lighting. I love the stretchy fabric that they are made out of. When I ordered these, I wasn't very hopeful that they would fit me. I'm a very hard fit and ordering clothes online never goes well for me. the pants are made really well and exactly what i expected, i would recommend going a size up though, the waist is very small even though it is elastic/stretchy
