Use the chart with your measurements to get your size! I got the right size the first time using the chart and everything fit perfectly. It works like a charm and I haven't had any issues with it.Be prepared to suck it in and use those muscles to get in the thing at the smallest setting because it works for a reason. I was 5'6 and 150 when I first purchased this shaper. I had more weight around my midsection then my back, rear, or legs. I bought two shapers, this one which kinda wraps around with an opening to pee. This one is very uncomfortable because you cant wear underwear and it cuts into rear and thighs...it also made everything down there very noticeable... over all if you wear underwear and don't mind undressing to pee it has a great fit everywhere else.

This is the 3rd one I’ve bought. I love how high up it goes and how long it is on my legs. It helps smooth out the areas it needs too without being too uncomfortable. Great buy! I highly recommend.
