I just opened my package so this review is only based on looks, but the strap to my middle sized bag has something black all over it. I'm just so disappointed! UPDATE 5/25:I contacted the seller and they replaced the strap for me! Wonderful customer service and Lisa was the sweetest!!! I was looking at designer bags before I found these, and I LOVE that you get three bags for this price! Now I can switch them out depending on if I'm carrying a lot of stuff or a little. Very impressed with the packaging! All the details - every single gold buckles and logo are protected. Comes with a dust bag too. Basic classic, elegant.I want to buy different color big should bags. Wish they have an option of buying just that!Also wish they have a divider inside and an outside back zipper pocket - that it'd be perfect!
