I'm 5'4 and 155 lbs. I ordered a medium. It fits great! This dress can be dressed up or down. It's comfortable and flattering. The neckline is scooped nicely whether you wear a necklace or not, the sleeves aren't too tight but still fit under a cardigan or shrug, the length is at my knees so I can wear it to work. The pockets are an awesome bonus!

I really like this dress i look very sexy in it im wearing it on vacation in Mexico to an all black party it doesn't look cheap at all..
