Very comfortable so far, and it doesn't make my skin itchy when I have it on. I like the fact that the pom pom is removable, since I've always had issues with bast beanies with pom poms coming off the top.

What an adorable hat. Much more substantial than I expected-thick and very warm. The pom is removable via a big sturdy snap. I bought two, a grey and a navy. Got them as Lightning Deals and worth every penny. They cam with the nicest letter from the manufacturer, just as warm as the hats!One small problem, for me, is that I have extensions therefore a lot of hair. If you are big-haired or headed, expect the fit to be snug. But I still recommend them highly.

Love this hat! Is so warm and intend to purchase at least 2 more colors!!! My only thing, is my package had a note saying it gives you an additional random pom pom....mine was just a plain beige one, like the color of the hat I chose, would've been alot cooler if it was a fun color, since it was random

First of all I'd like to say I definitely appreciate the letter about the company and allowing myself to feel if I had any problems that I could definitely contact them. It was nice. The hat itself is better than I expected and I couldn't believe how the pom poms can snap on with a choice of colors. I thank you for your kind words and I am happy with my hat.
