I am 5`7 190 and bought it for comfort and based on reviews. I bought a large first and it worked but the do was just a little more comfortable. Beware when washing to wash inside out on delicate it seems to pick up ever ling partial it can find making the dress look faxed when it is not. I have dryer dryer and band dryer to see if it made a difference and it does not. It does not shrink and I receive complements every time I wear it . A little pricey but worth it.

This dress is comfortable and covers a multitude of body sins. Doesn't say you should user dryer but would easily dry fast on a hanger in room air. Love the pockets. bought dark navy and black.
