The tote (pictured) can fit a large purse, make up bag, one or two small note pads, lotion and other personal care items at once. The only minor drawback is that, if the bag is overstuffed, and depending on what it is overstuffed with (like sharp objects), creases or wrinkles will appear on the outside of the bag where the pressure points are. I’ve only used the big bag, and I use it as my work bag to transport my laptop and iPad. I also took this bag as a carry on when traveling. I love it. I haven’t used the other two pieces yet, but I think I will this weekend just to see if I’m okay with it. Great bags for an affordable price. For the beauty that’s on a budget
