I am on the tall side, 5'9'', and usually wear size 14 pants, and those pants do fit me just right. I was concerned about waist being a bit high, but it is still comfortable to wear and did not feel like I am being strangled. Like these alot. Waist is not too high, the back pockets are real (not those pointless 1 inch deep ones) and the material sheds the animal hairs nicely.
