Very comfortable so far, and it doesn't make my skin itchy when I have it on. I like the fact that the pom pom is removable, since I've always had issues with bast beanies with pom poms coming off the top.

Bought this for Christmas present and my daughter absolutely loves it! It has an adjustable headband which made for a perfect fit!
