I love this hat! Super warm, stylish and I get so many compliments on it.

I like the material, the snapButton the change out the Pom Pom. It came with two. It’s very comfy. I feel nothing was overlooked in making this and it’s a high quality product. It was also nice receiving a handwritten letter from the maker, very nice personal touch. This would make a nice gift, a cute essential winter item.

I LOVE this hat! I wore it on a 5 hour flight and with the face shield felt very protected both in the airport and on the plane. The shield does unwrinkle if you put it on a lampshade and put a hot air from a hair dryer over the creases.

Super cute! Loved that it came with brown Pom but could be changed out with a bonus black Pom just with a quick snap!
