This is a nice, modest day dress, with a good amount of stretch in the material. (Read: works for those curves on top.) Not quite an empire waist, as it almost hits at my natural waist, but I have a short torso. Long enough in size medium to hit right below my knees (I'm 5'2). I absolutely love this dress. I'm 5'7 the waist is empire on me the lenght is to the knee. The lighweight fabric is wrinkle free, I wore it straight out of my packed weekend bag. I currently weigh around 180 and got the XXL, I wanted it to drape nicely and it does. Many compliments. Wear with flip flops for everyday, nicer sandals and accessories dressit up in a hurry.

This little black dress is so comfy, you can dress it up with fancy jewelry or be casual with some flats!
