Perfect teacher dress. It's knee length and has POCKETS! It's super comfy. I've already washed it a couple of times and it washes great.

I'm 5'4 and 155 lbs. I ordered a medium. It fits great! This dress can be dressed up or down. It's comfortable and flattering. The neckline is scooped nicely whether you wear a necklace or not, the sleeves aren't too tight but still fit under a cardigan or shrug, the length is at my knees so I can wear it to work. The pockets are an awesome bonus!
