Perfect dress to wear on beach vacation ( easy to throw over a swimsuit -as well as to wear out for dinner)

I love the boho fabric in easy care fabric. I actually bought a short dress in same fabric that I’m thinking about shortening slightly & wear as a tunic top. I have matching comfy shoes so it’s worth have two garments in same fabric.
