I ordered this hat and it was delivered with no pom. Even without a pom it is a quality hat, but I wanted the pompom. I contacted the seller and they were very happy to make this right. They didn' t have any single poms to send me, so they sent me a new hat and a pom. I wear this all the time now. It is very comfortable and looks great. I highly recommend this hat and the seller, too!!

Supper cute and just what I hoped for! It comes with instructions on how to get the pom looking perfect and I received a couple emails directly from the seller who was genuinely very appreciative of my order and wanted me to know that they will correct any problems with the product if I had had any.
