Started off really loft , then it got tangled. To get it back in a soft silky state I recommend brushing it out to get rid of all tangles get ALOT of conditioner and put it on the hair WHILE DRY. Then you can either heat up some water in the microwave or boil it in the kettle , your preference and put the water in to a bowl and let the wig sit for 25-30. Then rinse and wash with shampoo 2x no need for conditioner since it has already been through that process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you let the hair air dr
