I sized up, my measurements 39-33-40, I always have a problem with the pants as they run pretty tight with this kind of Elastic. This one was so comfortable on my waist and keeps me warm. It is seriously my favorite!I will continue to purchase this brand again and again. I choosed the XL size and it helds up incredibly well. My only complaint? There aren\'t enough colors!
