I sized up, my measurements 39-33-40, I always have a problem with the pants as they run pretty tight with this kind of Elastic. This one was so comfortable on my waist and keeps me warm. Comfy and fit perfectly loose for loungewear. I like my clothing a bit loose and longer so the large was great. A medium may fit well too but I like my loungewear comfy. The fabric is a thicker t-shirt material and soft. I am not a fan of sweatshirt material so I am so glad this outfit comes in the T-shirt material. I bought two more of these in different colors. It is made in China.
