I sized up, my measurements 39-33-40, I always have a problem with the pants as they run pretty tight with this kind of Elastic. This one was so comfortable on my waist and keeps me warm. I love this so much, I have ordered 3 more colors! I wore the black with my cute ankle boots, and everyone was saying how fancy I looked. Great thing is, I went home, took the booties off and went to bed. So comfy.
