I ordered this hat and it was delivered with no pom. Even without a pom it is a quality hat, but I wanted the pompom. I contacted the seller and they were very happy to make this right. They didn\' t have any single poms to send me, so they sent me a new hat and a pom. I wear this all the time now. It is very comfortable and looks great.
