Great hat - really warm. Just the right amount of slouch. It\'s great that the pom is removable so I can still put my coat hood up when waiting for the bus.

The first order I received was incorrect, but after contacting them I heard back only a few short hours later and they were apologetic and fixed the problem. The hat is adorable and I can’t wait to wear my new one when it gets here. I will definitely be ordering again. :)
