First of all I\'d like to say I definitely appreciate the letter about the company and allowing myself to feel if I had any problems that I could definitely contact them. It was nice. The hat itself is better than I expected and I couldn\'t believe how the pom poms can snap on with a choice of colors. I thank you for your kind words and I am happy with my hat. This hat is AMAZING!! The poof is just so much fun! Really comfortable! A friend of mine bought a hat just like this in a store and she paid $49....and this one is pretty much identical to it!!! Likely going to purchase a few more colors!
