I am on the tall side, 5\'9\'\', and usually wear size 14 pants, and those pants do fit me just right. I was concerned about waist being a bit high, but it is still comfortable to wear and did not feel like I am being strangled. I have to use a belt with the pants, but it is true for most pants I wear since I have smaller waist and most pants gape at the back. Absolutely love these pants! I was looking for a casual slack and these fit perfectly. I usually have trouble with waists gapping, but not with these. Very comfortable with just enough stretch. Am looking to buy some other pairs. Remember to look at the description though as some styles are made out of different materials.
