I sized up, my measurements 39-33-40, I always have a problem with the pants as they run pretty tight with this kind of Elastic. This one was so comfortable on my waist and keeps me warm. Ballet pink is hard to find, and it the only pink I look good in, so I love the color. I do wear a capri length smoothing undergarment underneath because I am overweight and have cellulite. I don\'t think this will be necessary in a darker color. Also, I usually wear an XL, and this seems a little baggy on me; however, for my purposes, that is okay.
