I love the soft fabric and the fact that the waistline has elastic. I would not call this waistline empire , which, to me, denotes a high waistband as it fit my waistline perfectly. The fabric feels like a soft cotton t-shirt and is very comfortable. I really like the deep pockets! The only negative thing I have to say about it is that I wish the skirt was a few inches longer. I washed it in my washing machine in cold water and hung it to dry.

Sexy flattering fits great a true small! I wear a 2 typically. Not see through I got it in white super dress! Good quality.
