This helps snatch the areas I am still working on. Gives a nice seamless finish to my dresses. Love this thing. Be prepared to work though to snap the waist part in place.

This really helps me suck my stomach in and show my curves in dresses. Not having a crotch was weird but probably so you can use the facilities easier... not sure but I am guessing that is the purpose of the no crotch. Other than that I love it!

I loved this trainer love love love!! It really makes a difference no joke! Only thing I don’t like, the legs are a bit tighter then the actual trainer where you clip them, I wear a size 16 and got a XXL it fit me good from the 3rd clips and a bit tight on my legs
