I\'m 5\'4 and 155 lbs. I ordered a medium. It fits great! This dress can be dressed up or down. It\'s comfortable and flattering. The neckline is scooped nicely whether you wear a necklace or not, the sleeves aren\'t too tight but still fit under a cardigan or shrug, the length is at my knees so I can wear it to work. The pockets are an awesome bonus!

I absolutely love this dress! I have 2 now and am so tempted to get one in every color. Flattering fit and that is so hard to find being 5\'3\'\' and a size 12. Highly recommend!

It is dressy enough to wear to church (which I did last Sunday) but oh so soft and comfortable! The knit is substantial enough to wear without a slip under. I got the army green I think it was called, lighter colors might need something under. Seriously thinking about ordering more colors!
