Super good do not think much if you are looking for a good belt and I come to this no doubt I get this because it is a love, it works spectacular just be sure of the size I weigh 200 pounds and order a size L cost me to enter it But alfin could and I like how it works maybe an XL would not have cost me much but the same size I worked, thank you very much for this belt and the price is great
