This shaper is absolutely AMAZING! It is one piece and when you get it it will be quite snug, but give it a few wears and it will be easier to get into. It\'s not as easy as just a waist cincher but gives you the same smooth control as wearing a waist cincher and spanx which I would have worn anyway. And it is very easy to go to the restroom wearing this. I didnt include any pictures because I\'m a little modest but trust and believe this waist cincher works perfect. I\'m going to be ordering a second one.

Oh my gosh! I\'ve bought multiple body shapers from Meijer and they normally either roll down my stomach because they don\'t go over my shoulders or they give me awful bikkin panty lines! This is perfect because it does neither! And it holds me all in! For those of you reading reviews to figure out your size, I am 5\'7 and weigh 167 and I believe I ordered a large. It\'s a little snug on me around the thighs but perfect around my problem area which is my stomach.
