This is very comfortable and can be dressed up or down- I am 50 and weight 148 and a medium was perfect which is what I normally wear. I will say that the fabric is thin so be aware of that when wearing under garments!

Very comfortable dress. Love the pockets. The navy is spot on. I am 5 foot six and weigh 145 pounds and the medium was perfect. You can do a lot with the dress.You can play it up with sandals and jewelry or dress it down with flip-flops
