I decided to go with a large. I am 5\'7 and 154. I have a smaller waist, but my love handles, hips, and thighs are on the bigger side and the size was perfect fit. I wasn\'t sure if I was going to do a medium or large and if I got medium it would have not fit. The legs do not ride up like other concerts I have bought. This is one of the better ones I have bought. I hope it doesn\'t tear for this is my first day wearing it. I would be more concerned with it tearing in my thought area.i would purchase again
