I had to return for one size up. The size I bought made me look like a busted can of biscuits. FYI you need to wear panties/thong and a bra with this. May be a little bulky for thinner outfits.

I read other reviews and after looking at their size chart i decided to order a size up from what I usually wear. I have spent double on other shapewear that didn\'t do anything to hold in all my jiggly bits. This is worth every cent.
