I sized up, my measurements 39-33-40, I always have a problem with the pants as they run pretty tight with this kind of Elastic. This one was so comfortable on my waist and keeps me warm. The shirt fits me just right. The shorts are a little tight, but that is okay being that I only wear the shorts around the house. I ordered a XL and the shirt fits perfectly. Even after 5 to 6 washes. I am 5\'2 and weigh between 188-193.
