I\'m 5\'4 and 155 lbs. I ordered a medium. It fits great! This dress can be dressed up or down. It\'s comfortable and flattering. The neckline is scooped nicely whether you wear a necklace or not, the sleeves aren\'t too tight but still fit under a cardigan or shrug, the length is at my knees so I can wear it to work. The pockets are an awesome bonus!

I love this dress!It fits perfectly, is soft on my skin, works well for dressy occasions, and machine washes!
