I am 5\'10 and 150lbs with long torso so I was unsure with the sizing. I purchased the medium based on measurements and had to return because it was too small. The large fits perfectly! I love this product and I love the way I feel in it. Downside is even with the crotchless feature, I still had to undress to use the restroom (doesn\'t seem sanitary to me not to, but that\'s my preference).

Best I\'ve ever found. Shapes nice. Supports. You can breathe. Very comfortable. It\'s nice you can go to the ladies room and not have to worry taking everything off highly recommend
