I sized up, my measurements 39-33-40, I always have a problem with the pants as they run pretty tight with this kind of Elastic. This one was so comfortable on my waist and keeps me warm. Really like it. Stretchy enough to fit me. I ordered xlarge and it fits great. I\'m 5\'9, and weigh 160 pounds. I would definitely recommend.
