I sized up, my measurements 39-33-40, I always have a problem with the pants as they run pretty tight with this kind of Elastic. This one was so comfortable on my waist and keeps me warm. It’s just a great set to lounge or run errands in. I got a size small, and the fit is loose and comfortable. I could and would definitely size up to make it even more oversized.
