I sized up, my measurements 39-33-40, I always have a problem with the pants as they run pretty tight with this kind of Elastic. This one was so comfortable on my waist and keeps me warm. Was looking for a lounge wear set that I could wear as pajamas and as an outfit to run errands in. I LOVED this set! So so cute, very comfy and flattering. The thick waste band allows for a high waste feel to the set. I would recommend not getting the navy because it looks like scrubs

I really like this causal jogging outfit, it fits true to size, I there was one thing, I wish the pants were just a bit longer, they come to the end of my ankle and I guess that is relative as to if you are short or tall, other that that I really like it and it was a good buy for the money.
