I sized up, my measurements 39-33-40, I always have a problem with the pants as they run pretty tight with this kind of Elastic. This one was so comfortable on my waist and keeps me warm. My husband is always cold and I’m warm so this is ideal lightweight outfit for around the house. I find it a little thin to wear outside the house but it’s cute and flattering. I usually wear small or extra small bottoms. Bought medium which fit well. Love the pockets
