I sized up, my measurements 39-33-40, I always have a problem with the pants as they run pretty tight with this kind of Elastic. This one was so comfortable on my waist and keeps me warm. I like the color that I chose. I also like how the sleeves fit more going down the arms. Seems to provide more warmth. It\'s a comfy wear.
