The fit couldn\'t be more perfect. I am 5\'7 around 215 pounds I got an XL. I am pear shaped. Meaning my waist is small but I do have a stomach lol. Listen to the reviews and definitely go by others reviews... I myself am a 40 in waist and 50 in hips.. obviously bigger than the 3X it it seriously tight on me. And well cant fit in and be comfortable but that was expected. The material is very good though, I got into it after a looonnnggg 15 min or so... but the material stretched with me!! And there were no rips or tears in the fabric..All in all it fit as was expected!! But seriously, go by the size chart!!!

I really love how this is a full body shaper as I have more weight in the thigh area. I used the sizing chart and really it seems to be really accurate.
