This is a nice, modest day dress, with a good amount of stretch in the material. (Read: works for those curves on top.) Not quite an empire waist, as it almost hits at my natural waist, but I have a short torso. Long enough in size medium to hit right below my knees (I'm 5'2). I didn't wear a dress in probably 20 years. I've been told that I am too fat to wear dresses. I am working on myself and am currently going through a big life change and so I decided to try a dress. I am wearing a size 18-20 and ordered a 2XL - it fits perfect. Oh my I LOVE THIS DRESS!!!! This is probably the most comfortable dress ever! I got the same dress in wine red.
