Use the chart with your measurements to get your size! I got the right size the first time using the chart and everything fit perfectly. It works like a charm and I haven't had any issues with it.Be prepared to suck it in and use those muscles to get in the thing at the smallest setting because it works for a reason. That aside it was surprisingly more flexible and comfortable than I was expecting. That's not to say I would wear it all the time, because it isn't THAT comfortable but it's great for special o

I am 5'7 xl fit me perfect. With it on made me look 2 dress size smaller. Materiel is sturdy and does the job. Before I wore under my clothes you can see stomach pouch from three kids. If you had kids you know what I am talking about. It gives me a slimmer figure. I feel more confident I am able to move around in comfort. Love this product will get a nude too. Definitely recommend.
