Use the chart with your measurements to get your size! I got the right size the first time using the chart and everything fit perfectly. Definitely evens out the back fat. I ordered a 3xl and normally wear a size 16 US. Normally I would have gotten a 1xl but this actually fits great. I have never had a body shaper like this. I normally go for a corset but this is actually really nice. I was concerned that the leg part would show through my pants but it doesn\'t.
