These are a kind of plastic material but it’s still cute.

The material is a little weird. IT bunches up at the top, so it gives the look like MC Hammer Pants or known as balloon pants.

I bought size 20's which fit fine in the am but started sagging throughout the day. Then i bought 18's which i squuezed into in the am and they got baggy later in the day nut not as bad as the 20's. So i was happy with my 18's.

These pants and the specific blend of material are the best that can be purchased in my humble opinion. They are all day comfy, don't wrinkle, and look sharp at work. I look for the exact same mix of what is in the fabric now and have bought several pants with the same fabric blend in different colors. Some of the colors aren't the same blend for fabric content.
